I recommend roar for extra damage over 2nd ability Sentient Wraith. (totally acceptable if you don't want it, just preference for this build)

Same thing as above, optional but I'd elect to put Power Drift over Primed sure footed for the extra ability strength.

you could also switch out archon stretch for normal stretch, however they did patch it to where it will activate with the razor mortar augment.

arcane aegis, fast deflection, and brief respite are all mandatory for survivability if you're going for level cap, it might be overkill but its definitely better than adaptation since it will play off of [Caliban]'s passive, rather than nullify it like adaptation would.

Archon Shards: So we want more damage and casting speed right? Well we could either do 3 crimson and 2 amber, or vis versa, 3 amber and 2 crimson. Just depends if you want more ability strength or more casting speed.

USE:
Spawn Ortholyst's 3, use Roar 2, spam Razor [Gyre] 1 & Fusion Strike 4 to your heart's content.
Not only will you be dishing out loads of Tau & Electricity Damage, but you will be virtually indestructible while doing it.
