Caliban Prime Build [END GAME FOCUS: SP, archimedean, Circuit, ...) with full guide

Hello Tenno! My name is Ralen, in this build I will focus on maximizing [Caliban]'s overall damages making this frame a Summon God, you will easily kill every enemy between 1 and 9999 level pretty easily.

Some premises before we begin:

PREMISES

  • [Caliban]'s kit is sufficient for every content of the game, you don't need to subsume any of his ability if you don't want to, this build is specifically made to:
  1. maximize Caliban's damage
  2. make him a god in end game content
  3. Sentient supremacy
  • Best output of damage with [Caliban] is achieved with Ortholysts (Lethal Progeny 2nd summon) (third ability), buffing Ortholysts is our focus.

Okay now we may begin, I will talk about things in order, let's start with abilities

ABILITIES

I will not talk about how they work, only my opinions on them.

-RazorGyre: 1st ability, essential one. Razor Mortar will buff exponentially our Ortholysts (Fire rate, +electric damage), you can group enemies together while 6 cannons point at them, you get where this is going? hehe

  • Sentient Wrath: 2nd ability, imo essential too but we can discuss on that, with Madurai buff , arcane camisado and molt augmented, the damage vulnerability we give is insane + when the enemies get hit they start floating so it's easier dealing precise hits in them.

-Lethal Progeny: Cali-pal disitnctive and most essential ability:

  1. Conculysts are ok, (surely you can pull up a build focusing on Fusion Strikes and it will surely be a solid one but still not as good as this build)

  2. Ortholysts are our main focus here, crazy range, Tau nukes, [Razor Mortar] mod makes this op

  3. Summolyst with Choralysts is essential for defence misisons or when you need more support, Choralysts have an higher threat level number then defence targets and warframes, so enemies will focus their damage on them, really really usefull

  • Fusion Strike: 4th and final ability, by far one of my favourite abilities in the game in terms of visuals and gameplay, fusion strike with a decent level of ability power can full-armor strip every enemy in the game (except for some bosses ofc) and destroys every shield with just one touch, Conculysts can shoot a mini version of the fusion strike combining with yours, pretty cool right?
The only problem with this ability is the DAMAGE, the damage is not good and not bad, is just meh, I mean don't get me wrong, it's really strong but again, nothing compared to Ortholysts so I usually subsume this ability with Nourish, the only benefit of keeping this in end game cintent is armor strip + shield destroying capability, nothing more. (pls DE, pls, buff it's damages, plssss)

  • Nourish: Our real 4th ability here, Nourush is ESSENTIAL: Energy, viral. The Ortholysts are buffed with the Viral. Ortholysts will deal Tau, Electric and Viral. O P.

GAMEPLAY

  1. Nourish
  2. 1st abilty to fill up on energy in 1 second and starting grouping enemies together giving them tau stacks too
  3. Summon the Ortholyts
  4. Nourish again to give Ortholysts Viral too
  5. 2nd ability damage vulnerability
  6. spam 1st ability and 2nd and watch your Ortholysts oneshot every living being in this universe

MODS

just a little thing I want to tell you, yes ability power is our main focus for [Caliban] but everything else excluded [Primed Continuity] and [Primed Flow] is really up to you, find the mods that give your gameplay more fun, for example, even if I never mentioned and never will, further on this build, I currently run [Sure Footed] exilus mod and [Fortitude] mod to get a complex of 100% knockdown resistance (I swapped [Transient Fortitude] with [Fortitude]) because I do not have the Primed version of [Sure Footed] so I will run this for now (in my personal experience in deep end game the number of enemies in a room is so high that they will keep knocking you down every 5 seconds, I [Hate] IT)

Swap [Transient Fortitude] with Overextended if you want more range (more range = more enemies pulled with 1st ability and more range for sentients exc.)

[Rolling Guard] is great for deleting status effects on the frame, if you don't like it I suggest going with [Primed Redirection] (or [Redirection] if you don't have it), consider swapping [Redirection] with [Rolling Guard] when the enemies will oneshot your shields no metter what (don't know the precise number but only happened in Circuit like when I was fighting level 2000 enemies) aside fro m Circuit I suggest uising [Redirection] most of the time (except with Infested if you [Hate] Toxin, in that case [Rolling Guard]) because you will use your 1st ability less times to restore your shields (it's ok, this is just an hypothetical, you will oneshot almost every enemy, basically only a few bosses and necramechs mines will destroy your shields, so don't worry)

Prime [Sure Footed] is personal, I [Hate] getting knocked down every 5 seconds, if you don't mind that, just go for Power Drift or Coaction Drift for more damages with summons. Exilus slot is up to you honestly: duration, range, more POWER, [Coaction Drift] too.

ARCHON SHARDS

4 red tau forged for ability power
1 yello tau forged for fast ability cast, this one can be swapped wtih another ability power one or whetever you like more, this is also up to you honestly

WEAPONS

[Caliban] is focused on STATUS EFFECTS, therfore weapons with hight status chance and a lot on base effects on them are suggested, I genrally love playing with:

Vadariya Prime,[Cedo Prime], [Coda Bassocyst]
[Grimoire], [Laetum], [Epitaph], [Kuva Nukor]
[Venato Prime], [Gram], [Praedos]

Coda Weapons from Eleanor are op with [Caliban] ([Coda Bassocyst] is op)

Companions

same rule as the wepons, status effects

Persinally love playing with the Hound, check this build made by HapaTheNinja Hound

Also X sentinel + [Verglas Prime]

HOPE YOU ENJOY THIS BUILD
