Because of the fact that not all factions are weak to the same secondary element, I’ve set up the build to allow for the mixing and matching of the element/status mods in such a way that will still allow for the weapon to make use of Melee Duplicate and requires as few forma as possible.

I also only have the one Gladiator mod (in this case it’s [Gladiator Might]) over and above the [Galvanized Steel] mod, because I have a gladiator mod on my Warframe ([Gladiator Aegis] in my Warframe puts me at 113% and change chance to critical hit). If you really wanted to maximize this build further, I would recommend using a group of 5 tauforged purple shards for the melee critical damage.
