Viral priming comes from my Panzer or Nourish, depending on the Warframe used.

Regular [Stabilizer] is perfectly fine since it still cancels out recoil entirely alongside Primary Deadhead. [Primed Stabilizer] is worth using if not running this alongside Primary Deadhead. The drain difference is only 1, anyway.

Though this does rely on Heat DOTs for a good chunk of its damage, I wouldn't classify it as a DOT weapon. As such, I'm not running Rifle Elementalist. This is more of a jack-of-all-trades that can strip defenses, stack on a bit of crowd control, and keep pressure up with Heat DOTs.
