I'm making this as a cook for the ultimate secondary weapon [Yareli] weapons platform kinda build, I'm not a big brain theorycrafter don't come @ me bro, for specific weapon builds you can also find them on here, if I make my own one for each weapon here I will link it. This is my first overframe build, hopefully it's not too bad.
I'm not going to reinvent the wheel with [Yareli]'s actual build, just a lil bit of everything, can drop some defensive mods for more efficiency if you have energy issues, or remove Blind Rage and replace it with a different strength mod that doesn't reduce efficiency, your Merulina will be less tanky and your damage vulnerability on Sea Snares will be lower but you'll have an easier time with energy
Can replace the defensive mods with rolling guard/[Adaptation] if you want, these 2 just help shield gate tank at higher level, especially with Arcane Aegis
Arcanes are not 100%, you can also go with Molt Augmented, Arcane Aegis or Arcane Velocity too, kind of all interchangeable depending if you want better ammo economy/tankiness or whatever else
You can subsume any damage buff/common subsume, usually over Aquablades, some I would recommend are:
Roar - Rhino - Universal Damage increase is nice
Eclipse - Mirage - Weapon damage buff for weapon platform frame makes sense
Xata's Whisper - Xaku - damage innit, double dips weak point damage so would be good if your weapon of choice is a headshot heavy one
Nourish - Grendel - Helps with energy and viral primes
There are some less chosen options that I think also could work, like:
Sentient Wrath - [Caliban], as show in This build - More CC and damage vulnerability that stacks with bubbles (sea snares) for big dam
Shock - [Volt], using the Shock Trooper augment from the Arbiters of Hexis or Red Veil syndicates to give yourself bonus electric damage to your weapons
Ophanim Eyes - Jade - Armour strip
Reave - Revenant - With enough power strength (308%) you will 1 shot enemies ensared with bubbles, ty HairlessPersian. This can be reached with all Tauforged Archon Shards giving strength and [Growing Power] with the build above
Archon Shards I'd recommend are just all red with ability strength tbh for 75% extra if all Tauforged, if you wanted to increase the duration of your subsumed buffs, you could go duration aswell.
Topaz shards for secondary crit chance are also a good shout
The Rest of the Loadout
I'll only be including the best versions of each weapon as I wouldn't want you to waste your time getting the base version when a better one exists. You can usually use the base version of prime weapons for example, especially if you're lower MR, but the prime version will just be better. And if the weapon has an incarnon, it would be better to use it on the prime than the base.
Of course feel free to use whatever you want/have, these are just suggestions if you're stuck
Primary Weapon
Primary weapon choices basically depend on if you want to buff your secondaries directly or use the primary weapon as a primer. You can of course also just use your primary weapon to do damage aswell, the world is your oyster!
If you want to go secondary only the Afentis is a fun option, you just throw it down periodically and enjoy fire rate, reload speed, ammo and -recoil, only downside is you have to deal with fighting in it's bubble or constantly moving the bubble for the buff.
If you don't want to go for the [Afentis] (understandable you wouldn't want to deal with that noise), you can use any other good primary weapon tbh, some of these include:
Phage - My goat honestly, love this gun, can be modded to be a primer or for damage
Cedo Prime - We all know the [Cedo] is great for damage but the [Glaive] alt fire can also be a very good AOE primer for your secondary if you wanted to use it that way (and didn't want to use a companion to do it)
Latron Prime - Make sure to grab the incarnon for this one, the bullets will bounce to enemies in your riptide for big dam
Phantasma Prime - Really good primer and damage
Secondary Weapon
[Yareli]'s bread and butter and lowkey what this build is all about, here are all the secondaries that I think could work. You by no means need all of these, they're just suggestions in case you have no idea what weapons might be good for you. Note: Any weapon that you build as an acuity or headshot only build it would be a good idea to subsume [Xata]'s Whisper onto your [Yareli] because it double dips weak point damage
Coda Catabolyst - Really good and fun secondary to use, and once you're MR 17 I would recommend getting this
Furis - Incarnon form turns this thing into an absolute beast
Kompressa Prime - Funny bubble gun, can be built for crit damage (not crit chance because you get that from Yareli/Secondary Enervate) or a status damage setup that kind of acts as a primer for itself
Grimoire - A good early game option that can be built for more damage or for energy [Regen] using Xata Invocation
Dual Toxocyst - A really good incarnon, but headshot only playstyle isn't for everyone
Dual Coda Torxica - Another Coda weapon that's really good and dual pistols have swag
Zylok Prime - Another incarnon that makes the weapon suuuper good, base version is also very good
Tenet Cycron - With [Yareli] passive can get 100% Crit Chance
Tenet Plinx - As a big funny number enjoyer I really like this weapon, good for one shotting usually hard to kill targets if you stack damage vulnerability/weapon buffs
Atomos - Incarnon for this weapon is kinda lowkey worse than the normal version but you should still get the incarnon for the base buffs it gives the weapon, just don't use the incarnon form while you're in mission, unless maybe for killing grouped riptide enemies(?)
Lex Prime Incarnon form waves can be used to hit all enemies in your riptide because of the punch through, similar to how the [Latron] and [Atomos] can
Ocucor - Not really a [Yareli] weapon since she buffs crit more than status but the [Ocucor] is just nutty
Prisma Angstrum - Incarnon turns you into a rocket launching machine gun, fun times and big dam
Athodai - The new augment Pain Points makes this weapon go hard lowkey, it always looked good and now it does damage good too
Melee Weapon
This can basically be whatever you want, the weapons listed here are just ones that have bonuses for your secondary
Furax Wraith - You don't need incarnon really if you're not using the melee as an actual weapon. We're mainly taking these for the mod Amalgam Furax Body Count which gives fire rate for secondary weapons at all times, very useful for a secondary weapon platform frame
Praedos and Okina Prime - Both incarnons that give a passive movement increase just for having them
Companions
If you don't want to swap from your primary weapon to secondary for priming and then damage, you can offload priming to your companion. Companions can also give you damage via increased fire rate with Reinforced Bond, through armour stripping with Vicious Bond , extra flat crit damage multiplier with Tenacious Bond and if they're a mechanical companion, energy through Synth Deconstruct. These bonuses requiring different conditions to be met by you or your companion in order to apply, a lot of builds on here will make sure that they do in fact [Reach] those requirements. For those who may not know, you also have to mod your companions weapons and can mix and match weapons and sentinels/hounds to try meet things like the crit chance requirement for Tenacious Bond
Companions for priming
The main pieces of the companion priming puzzle are using Manifold Bond to allow the companion's abilities to spread the status effects applied to its weapon, adding Momentous Bond adds another status for your Condition Overload effects to give more damage too.
There are a couple companions that are well suited for priming, those being:
Diriga - An easy to get and build sentinel able to apply electric in AOE and stun enemies
Hec Hound, Dorma Hound, Bhaira Hound - You get these from a Sister of Parvos and can be used much like [Diriga], there are 3 different types but they all mod pretty similarly
Panzer Vulpaphyla - The classic primer companion, comes with viral AOE priming built in and you can add other elements on top of that
You can build other companions to be good primers but these are the more popular ones.
Companions for loot
These companions are good for when you don't need or want AOE priming on your companion, and instead want more resources from farming. These companions can still be built to help prime but just won't be able to do it on the mass production scale of the ones previously mentionned
Chesa Kubrow - Basically does what [Nekros]'s Desecrate ability does and makes enemies cough up extra loot, combined with other mods that companions have that double loot drop and other boosters can give you a lot of extra resources for free
Smeeta Kavat - Can give a variety of buffs like: Setting your crit chance to 200%, free ability costs, triple affinity, instant reload, negating damage to give you shields and just giving you a rare resource for free
