Surging Aquablade Spam Yareli Prime

This [Yareli] build focuses purely on dealing big AOE slash procs with Aquablades, supported by the damage vulnerability of Sea Snares, free cast while on Merulina, damage accumulation from Surging Aquablades augment, Roar helminth which double dips slash DoT and the Mecha set which also double dips DoT on a [Marked Target] and helps nuke occasionally in AOE. Using a [Huras Kubrow] also allows you to stay invisible as long as you don't shoot your weapon, with a short cooldown in between periods of invisibility. When you are on Merulina, [Yareli] is invisible but Merulina stays visible so you are basically a ghostship flying around throwing water bombs.

PLAYSTYLE

  1. Activate roar before getting on merulina. To reactivate roar you need to get off merulina first.
  2. Spam Aquablades (consider binding 3 to a mouse button instead)
  3. Spam Sea Snares to give damage vulnerability to enemies
  4. Dont shoot your weapon so you don't break invisibility
  5. When invisibility ends, get off and on Merulina twice for i-frames until invisibility restarts again

BUILD SPECIFICS

Duration
Max duration is required to allow surging aquablades to build up maximum amount of damage and gives roar almost 2 minutes of duration

Efficiency
Minimum efficiency is viable because Aquablades costs 0 energy to throw while on Merulina, you only cast roar once every 2 minutes, Merulina costs no energy to ride, and the only ability that you need to spam are Sea Snares which have the cheapest cost.

Range
Aquablades and merulina are not affected by range. Roar does not need range in a solo situation where we are just using it to boost Aquablades. Sea Snares at minimum range still has a 10m seeking range, which is still bigger than aquablades personal range. If you prefer a bit more range for Sea Snares you can add [Stretch].

Strength
Strength is required to scale the build up of Aquablades damage, damage vulnerability of Sea Snares and buff of roar.

DAMAGE CALCULATIONS

Assuming the following factors:

  • 50,000 damage built up from Surging Aquablades
  • 82% Roar = 1.82 x 1.82 = 3.3124x damage to DoT (due to applying once to initial base dmg and again to DoT)
  • 6.25x to DoT from mecha empowered
  • 274% Sea Snares vulnerability

Hitting an enemy marked by mecha set and sea snares and killing with the slash proc (not the initial hit raw damage) spreads the following slash proc per second in a 30m range:

  • 50,000 x 0.35 x 3.124 x 6.25 x 3.74 = 1,277,900
