The Thalys played a ceremonial role in the Zariman harvest festival, and was intended to reap the first fruits of Tau. Now twisted from this purpose, it plants Void shards in enemy flesh instead. Each new shard planted causes existing shards to inflict damage on their hosts.

Best Boy Thalys | General Use | Influence

Hey everyone! This build is a comfortable version of [Thalys] that I personally enjoy playing. I've put it on Overframe to primarily share with my friends, so feel free to leave any constructive tips in the comments!

Disclaimer: I use this weapon in almost all content, and it performs exceptionally well in everything I play. That said, I don't play the game to reach level cap, so if you're looking for a level cap build, this is certainly not the one for you.

Faction Damage Mods: I know faction damage is infinitely superior on almost any weapon and in virtually any build because it's a multiplicative damage type that procs multiple times on status effects, but I'm a lazy bastard who doesn't like changing my build every time I face a different faction.

[Berserker Fury]: I know, it's a heavy scythe, and a very slow weapon. However, it's also very strong, and getting two kills is a simple task. For some people, though, the initial hits can be incredibly inconvenient. In that case, if you have it, you can use Primed Fury instead. This is a loss of 25% attack speed, but if you're not doing any kind of min-maxing, it's not a problem; the weapon will still handle everything just fine.

[Amalgam Organ Shatter]: This is pretty much for convenience and personal preference. The 60% heavy attack wind up speed is nice to use, and I don't really miss the extra 5% critical damage from base Organ Shatter. Use whichever you prefer; it doesn't make a huge difference unless you're min-maxing.

[Dreamer's Wrath]: I use it on all my melee weapons to get those juicy Tenokai hits. If you prefer a bit more consistency with your Tenokai, you can use [Discipline's Merit] instead. But since you gain 70% attack speed from [Berserker Fury] + 20% from Incarnon, it doesn't hurt to try.
