[Weeping Wounds] boosts our status chance significantly, bringing it to 264% SC, which is quite a high number. That's a nasty status chance to have on a weapon, and makes for almost one Magnetic Proc per swing, which we want for grouping utility and the explode-on-death effect on this whip.
Empty slot is for [Magnetic Rush], which applies our magnetic procs for grouping, as well as boosting our attack speed significantly
Where did we go so wrong? In all seriousness, though, playing with this weapon is really, really fun.
