Updating this again, so after playing a bit more I learned that the playstyle has completely changed for [Caliban] and no longer is based all around his 3. Instead this build focuses on the tau status and procing it as much as we can with a high range and strength build. Duration no longer plays a key role in calibans play style giving us some more room to up our strength with [Transient Fortitude] and up keep our energy economy with [Fleeting Expertise] along with [Streamline]. Our main source of energy comes from the updated 1 ability which refunds 25% of energy per enemy hit. The way it works is that razor [Gyre] can only hit a enemy once to proc the energy refund and cant proc it again on the same enemy, so to counter that we [Extend] the range to hit more enemies to refund more energy thus keeping our supply high at all times, with some efficiency added energy should no longer be a issue. calibans 2 is now SOOOO much better for not causing ragdoll anymore and deals tau damage which can stack with our 1 and 4 to output some crazy damage and thats not including other statuses that are added via weapons. Calibans 3 is now not as great as the old one but still provides utility depending on the playstyle you use most, for the conculyst I recommend a combo witt your 4 as mush as you can to output more damage since they all now do fusion strike where [Caliban] shoots his. The ortholyst is really good for a melee playstyle due to them being able to proc tau on enemies and constantly up keep it making status melee builds a whole lot stronger and as for the summulyst I recommend using it at the start of the mission for the bonus shield and mid battle to take some of the pressure off of you, there is really no value at least in my point of view to run the summulyst constantly over the other 2 since it plays more of a support roll rather than a damage output option. Calibans 4 roughly remains the same except for dealing the armor and shield strip on impact and now dealing tau damage which synergizes well with his 1 and 2. Now to tackle the problem of duration I used molt efficiency to up duration by 36% as long as shields are up, but that shouldnt be a issue with calibans 1 now giving shield per enemy hit and with his 3 giving him overshield it counters our already low duration. To further enhance it I use 2 tau forged red shards for duration and 1 for strength, along with 2 yellow tau forged shards for casting speed.
This is probably the hardest Ive worked on a build aside from [Yareli] but this is the one i put the most details in for my reasoning behind why I chose to build this way.
If you try this build out please let me know how I can improve.
Also the play style for me at least is 3 at start for shields
find group of enemies and hit 2
hit 1 to proc tau
summon conculyst with 3
then hit 4 for beauty.
rinse and repeat
