Overview
This build aims to capitalize on Yareli's natural mobility and her crit-boosting passive, combined with Nourish (via Helminth) to amplify damage output. You will use the [Kuva Nukor] with a Toxin Progenitor to proc Corrosive damage, further enhanced by Nourish, while your Nautilus Prime sentinel equipped with the Verglas Prime will apply Viral and Heat damage. The synergy of Viral (for health-focused damage) and Corrosive (for armor stripping) sets you up to melt through high-level enemies.
Quick Highlights
[Yareli] subsumes Nourish on her 4th ability slot to multiply damage and proc viral (along with Nautilus Prime + Verglas Prime).
Summon Merulina (Ability 2) for Damage Mitigation by 90%, synergizes with Combat Discipline when an enemy is killed to damage Merulina.
Use Sea Snares (Ability 1) for crowd control and vulnerability and procs Merulina Guardian’s effect when you heal Merulina.
Kuva Nukor uses Corrosive + Radiation (default) with Toxin as the progenitor, plus Electricity/Magnetic combos for shielded targets and chaining. Secondary Enervate for crit chance stack.
[Verglas Prime] procs Viral and uses Heat to trigger Topaz Archon Shards. Buffs warframe crit damage by 1.2x (as long as crit chance is above 50%) from companion-based mod. Status chance mods to exceed 100% status chance.
[Nautilus] Prime uses a combination of Bond mods to significantly enhance fire rate, and crit multiplier. Reduce recovery timer (3s/headshot kill) of companion when downed, and reduced ability cooldown (Cordon) when enemies are killed with 3 or more “unique” status effects (Corrosive/heat/vital/magnetic).

Abilities:
Passive: As long as [Yareli] remains mobile for at least 1.5 seconds, she gains a 200% increase to crit chance for her secondary weapon until she stops moving for at least a second.
Sea Snare (Ability 1): Orbs seek out and immobilize enemies, making them vulnerable. Ability Strength increases its vulnerability.
Summon Merulina (Ability 2): Ride a stingray (like a k-drive) :p [Yareli] receives initial 4s invulnerability and 1.5s dismount invulnerability. [Yareli] is also immune to ragdoll effects, and resistant to stagger and knockdown. Merulina provides 90% damage [Redirection] for an unlimited amount of time until Merulina’s health runs out. Merulina’s HP is buffed via ability strength.
[Merulina Guardian]: (Augment) that heals Merulina for 20% their health. Upon healing, receive increased fire rate and reload speed by 200% for secondary weapons. Ability duration extends the time.
Aquablades (Ability 3): Not used.
Nourish (Subsumed ability 4): Since Nourish was subsumed, healing is removed. However, still proc’s viral but reduces stack and viral weapon damage bonus is decreased. Removes Feast requirement. Ability strength increases viral weapon damage buff, ability duration increases Nourish duration.

[Merulina Guardian] (Augment) – Increases reload speed and fire rate for secondary weapons when Merulina heals.
Archon Shards:
2x Tauforged Emerald Archon Shards (Increase max stacks of Corrosion Status by +3 (Conditional: +6) )
3x Topaz Archon Shards or 3 Tauforged Topaz Archon Shards (Increase Secondary Critical Chance by 1% (1.5%) every time you kill an enemy affected by Heat Status. Max 50% (75%) (Conditional: 3% (4.5%) Max: 150% (225%) )
Helminth Ability:
Nourish replacing Ability 4
Provides additional damage bonus by inflicting viral when enemies attack you or attacked by you. Additionally, energy replenishment is multiplied.
Great for keeping your DPS high and replenishing energy.

Overview:
Weapon: Kuva Nukor (Toxin Progenitor)
You want Corrosive for armor-stripping (adding Emerald Archon Shards further tears enemies), so we add jolt, and add extra toxin. Radiation is also built-in, helpful for crowd confusion. Highly recommended, but not mandatory for the build is [Magnetic Might] for shields and the extra crit damage. (Primed) [Pistol Gambit] is not required and can be subbed for crit damage, or anything to your liking. Secondary Enervate is a must to boost that extra crit chance if you're not running Topaz Archon Shards to get yellow/orange crits and sometimes red. It can be replaced if you're running Topaz shards (assuming you're using Nautilus Prime to add heat damage) otherwise you can use a fire progenitor Kuva Nukor, or add (Primed) Heated Charge/Scorch. If you're running Topaz shards, you can substitute secondary enervate for secondary merciless for secondary deadhand/merciless to keep those orange crits, sometimes red or keep secondary enervate for massive red crits. If you're note having an issue with ammo, you can substitute (Primed) Pistol Ammo Mutation for Ruinous Extension for that +2/4/6/8m beam length.

You can flex Primed or Regular [Pistol Gambit] for [Merciless Gunfight] for extra crit damage if desired. If you have no issues with ammo, you can substitute (Primed) Pistol Mutation for [Ruinous Extension]. Run anything you need as it is highly customizable.

Your sentinel will provide a source of CC and synergy with Bond mods. [Cordon] to pull enemies, [Assault Mode] t target enemies freely, [Vacuum] to detect and collect items. [Calculated Redirection], [Metal Fiber], and [Enhanced Vitality] to increase shields, armor and health. Duplex, Manifold, Reinforced and [Tenacious Bond] as follows: Duplex for cloning companion when expending energy, additionally on clone kills 50% chance to drop an energy orb. Manifold to apply status effects from companion weapon (Viral/Heat), additionally reduces companion ability cooldown when killing an enemy with 3 or more "unique" status effects (Kuva Nukor: 1. Magnetic 2. Corrosive/Companion + Companion Weapon + Nourish Ability: 3. Viral 4. Heat). Reinforced for increasing fire rate when shields or overshields exceeds 1200. Tenacious for reduced companion recovery time (3s) per headshot kill, additionally increases Final Crit Damage Multiplier when the Companion's weapon exceeds 50%.

Sentinel Weapon: [Verglas Prime]
Designed for consistent Viral and Heat procs to whittle down enemy health pools and trigger Topaz Archon Shards when enemies are killed with heat status. Built to increase crit chance above 50% using Riven and [Critical Delay] to trigger [Tenacious Bond]. [Point Strike] can't be equipped with [Critical Delay], vice versa, this is why we use a Riven mod.

[Galvanized Aptitude] – Damage bonus per status type inflicted.
[Primed Cryo Rounds] – Big cold damage, combining with Toxin to form Viral.
[Malignant Force] – Additional Toxin, building into Viral.

[Serration] – Base damage increase.
[Critical Delay] – Increases crit chance (offsetting some fire rate).

Playstyle Tips
Prep the Field:
Cast Nourish to gain damage multiplier from Viral (Companion + Weapon also applies this along heat). Summon Merulina for damage [Redirection] and to trigger [Yareli]'s passive. Kill an enemy to trigger [Combat Discipline] to proc health reduction to Merulina instead of waiting for an enemy to damage you. Now trigger [Merulina Guardian] by casting Sea Snare to trap a mob, and kill it to heal Merulina, causing [Merulina Guardian] to activate increasing reload speed and fire rate. Mow through enemies with your [Kuva Nukor] and monitor the duration of Merulina Guardian and Nourish. Adapt as needed.
