This is a build that I have created for Level Cap in Void Cascade Fissures. This works in solo as well.
For a second you may be thinking "What is this?" - To which I say, welcome, I am a [Sevagoth] main since Call of the Tempestarii 2021.
I always tried experimenting with my boy for fun and new ideas. But then one day, it hit me. Embrace (Shadow's 1) has something unique, something that became a viable, solid, and comfortable strategy to survive solo endurance Void Cascade fissures with Sevagoth. More on that below.
- 2 Purple Tauforged Shards = +150% Melee Critical Damage
- 2 Yellow Tauforged Shards = +75% Casting Speed
- 1 Blue Tauforged Shard = +75 Energy (Needed to help Shadow get +500 energy)
SHADOW/CLAWS
Shadow Build - 0 Forma
Shadow Build w/ Purple Shards - 1 Forma
Starter Claw Build - 1 Forma
Ultimate Investment Claw Build - 4 Forma + Umbral
Casting Speed is a must for faster transition between Sevagoth and Shadow, casting Embrace, and faster self-revives with passive.
STRATEGY
The biggest issue when it comes to playing solo void cascade as [Sevagoth], is that he remains vulnerable during operator mode while ANY of his abilities are up, giving you no chance to clear exolizers when enemy levels are above 2,000. You may use the popular one-shot nuke roar build, but if a single enemy remains inside an unpurified exolizer (which is not affected by abilities), your day is ruined.
With Arcane Trickery, we solve that issue.
There is an interesting mechanic that not many are aware of; Embrace, Shadow's 1st ability, pulls enemies towards you and exposes them to Ground Finishers. Embrace is so good at pulling too many enemies, that you will constantly proc this arcane without issue thanks to the huge damage we have from [Shadow Haze] and [Savage Silence] combined. This in hand allows for a more relaxed gameplay thanks to the 30s of invisibility that Arcane Trickery can provide.
Silence is here to stop those annoying Kuva Trokarian grineers that throw the disruption red bubble, these are your shadow's worst enemy along with unpurified exolizers.
"Wait, where is Dark Propagation mod?"
I don't get why this has to be an auto-include in every Seva build. Without +255% ability strength nor Roar, that mod is almost useless. This build is meant to stay invisible most of the time to not remain vulnerable during operator mode. You may use Evade, but I strongly dislike the max duration capped plus having to constantly look for headshots.
NOTES
I am still optimizing this build, just recently made the addition of [Savage Silence] and it has been worth it. Before the augment, enemies needed two Finisher attacks to die after they reached Lvl 5000+. Molt Augmented can be swapped for Arcane Energize if there are energy issues, the ability strength is mainly used to amplify the augments bonuses. I have also started to experiment with Arcane Crepuscular recently, not sure if it's worth over Molt Augmented.
