apparently condition overload is rly bad on the knives (~30% effectiveness according to wiki), so maybe don't use that

for non-[Point Blank] knives, maybe use melee animosity instead of afflictions (also get rid of viral since it doesn't proc off of the knives, see below)
this build isn't set up for melee duplicate

for a no viral setup, replace 60/60s with organ shatter and killing blow(?)
