A build that I need to test (and invest time to achieve it)

Heavy build, I don't see a reason to have a very high CC to use Animosity, I don't know if Duplicate could work, but I do know that retaliation does work, and it's perfect for warframes with high shield.

Buzzkill might be replaced with [Reach].

Tennokai might be cool?

If someone else have the resources let me know how does it go.
