Why do we use?
EMPTY SLOTS are reserved for 'Leaded Gas' and 'Secondary Acuity'
Leaded Gas gives 300 elemental gas damage and 300 status chance upon a weakpoint hit for 6s.
- With LG and viral 602, we have a final 135% status chance
Pistol Cannonade --
Since we lose multishot cuz of Acuity and we only have an 8 round magazine, it is better to focus on pure damage per shot. That said, it is much more damage efficient to use Cannonade with this build then fire rate cuz it gives us damage AND punch to hit multiple targets for overlapping dots.
Gas is also capped at 10x stacks, so we cant just 'apply more' but we can try and make each proc benefit from as much damage as possible
If cannonade feels too slow, you can trade it for Anemic / or Hornet Strike and apply external fire rate
60 Viral --
In short, we dont have multishot or fire rate, so we want all the status chance to proc as many dots as possible
Primed Convulsion --
Primed electric for raw elemental damage and electric dots, can overlap with Gas for double AoE.
Crosshairs + PTC --
Galvanized Crit for headshots, scales additively with Acuity and Passive.
Steady Hands --
Combines with Deadhead for 0 recoil.

Gas / Electric + Deadhead
The last thing to talk about, "Why Electric and how Gas/Electric works": Gas/Electric share same code as 'Hitscan AoE', composed of 2 damage sources, direct hits (status proc) and radial hits (status effect; "Tesla Chain" , "Gas Cloud").
The difference and advantage of gas/electric compared to normal DoT’s is how gas/electric dots are calculated on the same instance as the initial hit wherever it contacts as 'radial damage', and that means placement can be controlled, (compared to normal dots which will always spawn at targets torso), and both the direct and radial damage of these status can be aimed to contact weakspots for double bonus body part multipliers.
By using BOTH gas/electric at the same time, these status dots will overlap with each other per target giving us massive grouping dps.
Unlike electric gas caps at 10x stacks per target, which is another reason why this build focuses on per shot raw damage, as we want each proc we deal from both electric and gas to deal as much damage per stack as possible
