Aim and use the built-in headshot marker. Headshot for millions of damage in AOE. If you have grouping, 1 headshot will kill everything. Works well against Archons and VIPs with corrosive dmg.

Swap Primed Convulsion and Pathogen Rounds for Primed Heated Charge and Deep Freeze to get blast damage which does more dmg if you have a grouping ability.
