Cyte-09’s exalted Sniper Rifle. Bullets ricochet off Weak Points to seek out other nearby Weak Points. Alt fire lobs a grenade that completely freezes enemies with a ❄Cold Status Effect, leaving a freezing zone that continues to apply ❄Cold Status for a duration.

Mods & arcanes:
A. Primed Shred - MORE punch through! Can easily be replaced by Vile Acceleration if you find you don't need that to save one forma.
B. Target Acquired - better double-dip for Resupply electric procs than a bane mod. Also, free damage.
C. Galvanized Chamber - [Cyte-09] already has both weakpoint crit chance and weakpoint damage in his kit, no Primary Acuity required. In other words, Galvanized Chamber is a better flat damage multiplier. (If electric double-dips weakpoint bonuses as well as headshots, Primary Acuity is the superior option; I don't actually know, which is why I went with the safe option.)
D. Sharpshooter - energy economy. Since a shot costs about 16 energy, we need 2 kills to break even; fortunately, the first ricochet still deals plenty of damage.
E. Spectral Serration - Evade. Enough said. No warm-up needed.
F. Stormbringer - electric proc multiplier for Resupply, as well as mandatory elemental damage multiplication. Technically double-dips statuses! (Once in the base damage shot that gets co-opted for Resupply, then in the forced proc status damage calculation.) Should be replaced by [Harkonar Scope] or a bane if you find you have multiple violet shards for primary electricity damage; note that racism needs a different polarity though.
G. Rifle Elementalist - electric proc multiplier for Resupply. Obviously, this is where a bane would slot in. Technically, [High Voltage] is extremely comparable at a 70% increase in DoT instead of [Rifle Elementalist]'s 90%; it also increases base damage, and also needs no forma. Again, consider Harkonar Scope as well, but that does need forma.
H. Critical Delay - warm-up crit chance. Cyte-09's bonus is flat-out better and still doubles the displayed crit chance, but we still need to crit at the very start of the mission. [Point Strike] is technically the bare minimum for that, but A) [Critical Delay] is better at the very start for DPS, when this mod matters, and B) this makes build modifications a bit easier specifically for Primary Acuity purposes.
I. Primary Frostbite - here's the crit damage! With 4 enemies frozen by grenades, you're fully stacked and ready to go; also gives multishot because why not. Arcane Crepuscular (what kind of sicko doesn't run Crepuscular on their Cyte) also contributes.

There's obviously some variants available:
1. You can swap [Frostbite] for Primary Deadhead . [Spectral Serration] instantly becomes much less useful, and crit damage is really starting to miss from the build, so swapping it for Vital Sense is a no-brainer.
2. If weakpoint bonuses do prove to be double-dipped, Primary Acuity is an instant slot-in over [Galvanized Chamber]. This also makes [Point Strike] and [Frostbite] much worse picks; using the above modification with High Voltage (or a primed bane) slotted instead of Critical Delay is absolutely the better choice.
