Cyte-09’s exalted Sniper Rifle. Bullets ricochet off Weak Points to seek out other nearby Weak Points. Alt fire lobs a grenade that completely freezes enemies with a ❄Cold Status Effect, leaving a freezing zone that continues to apply ❄Cold Status for a duration.

APPLY CONDITIONALS
I use Blast as the main element of the build, [Semi-Rifle Cannonade] can be replaced with other mods. I prefer [Hush] as it doesn't alert enemies allowing me to snipe from a far without enemies swarming. The damage loss is negligible as long as you're hitting the weak points.
Last 2 mod slots will use:
1. [Primary Acuity] for High weak point dmg.
2. [Spectral Serration] for High base dmg
Multishot will not be needed as the new Mod will lock the multishot stat of the weapon.
