Neutralizer Sniper Single Target Raw Damage | One-shot Levelcap

Mod Breakdown

  • Primary Acuity - boosts damage and crit chance on headshots but removes multishot boosts
  • Spectral Serration - this gives a big boost to raw damage but only works if Neutralizer is out first THEN you turn invisible for some reason, is flexible for another option
  • Semi Rifle Cannonde - gives more damage additive to spectral serration, but also removes the penalty of critical delay and locks fire rate
  • Galvanized Scope - gives even more crit chance but is additive to Cyte passive and Primary Acuity, although it allows you to hit guaranteed tier 5 crits
  • Vital Sense- mandatory CD
  • Stormbringer - adds to Primed Cyro Rounds to make magnetic but also double dips electric resupply DoT
  • Primed Cryo Rounds - adds raw damage
  • Target Acquired - multiplicative 1.6x on headshots, double dips electric dots on headshots too

If running Violet Electric shards, can swap out Stormbringer for:

  • Critical Delay - even more critical chance
  • Primed Chamber - multiplies dmg on first shot in magazine, resupply allows you to consistent reload to keep this active
  • Hammer Shot - more critical damage

Exilus:

  • Hush - prevents drawing enemies to you even while invisible so eximus etc dont just stand in front and cast abilities and nullifiers dont run up to you and break your invis
