1. Worthy Comradery - We take advantage of Quincy's Gimmick. Weak point DMG Increase.
2. Growing Power - More Ability Strength.
3. Dead Eye - More Sniper Dmg.
4. Combat Discipline - For Arcane Avenger Build
The build that I use utilizes [Worthy Comradery] mod(WF 1999) to take advantage of Quincy's Gimmick.
Mod List
Exilus
For Exilus mod slot, slot in whatever you want. [Power Drift] for more Str., Primed Surefooted if you experience a lot of knockdowns (happens alot in 1999), Preparation if you want to be "good to go" at the start of a mission, etc.
Actual Mods
1. Precision Intensify - Boosts your Sniper Rifle dmg multiplier. Can be replaced if you're planning to helminth his 4 off.
2. Augur Mods - small boosts to stats. Can replaced with other mods such as Archon Stretch + Purp. Shard.
3. Rolling Guard - Can be replaced if you're comfy with just running invisibility as your main form of survivability.
4. Constitution - Gives Duration.
5. Transient Fortitude - This can be replaced with Blind Rage if you don't want to dent your duration stat
6. P. Continuity - More Duration.
7. Archon Flow - This needs more testing on my end, but theoretically, you can select cold elem. in your resupply, and your 4 counts as ability kills. Otherwise, you can use P. [Flow].
Arcanes
The new Arcane Crepuscular benefits Quincy a lot since he can stay invisible for as long as there's enemies. Arcane Energize also helps a lot.

5. Arcane Avenger - you will need to slot [Combat Discipline] as aura.
