Calculated at 28 Million SP Grineer dps with Max Retaliation & Previral Priming scaling.
This is the Highest melee ceiling basically. So I highly recommend Panzer Vulpa & Nourish Subsume for this setup, u also need 2k+ shields (Adding Overshields trough Augur mods helps boosting this also) to really justify using Melee Retaliation.

You could also try Melee Afflictions for low shield frames, Unsure which stance is best for that but both should proc it at a decent rate.

Can also be played as generic Viral + Melee Exposure Raw dmg if u replace Elementalist for [North Wind], U can also technically play Heat over Gladi might if u want to (Technically same dps).
