Enhanced by Technocyte mutations, the Coda Pathocyst comes with increased Damage, Critical Chance, Critical Damage and Status Chance. While in-flight or on contact with the enemy, it will occasionally spawn enhanced, enemy-seeking miasmites.

throw it and let it do its thing

tried to make a build where you can just throw the glaive and forget. shreds normal steel path enemies pretty quickly without buffs, and specials with 2-3 throws. with buffs (like roar) can 1-2 shot enemies like scaldra dedicants. melee influence just to make it work a bit faster, i swear it makes more maggots spawn from the [Glaive]. not top of the line by any means, but pretty decent if you want a melee that does passive work while are using other weapons.
(attached video is really grimey, so ill describe it: steel path scaldra dedicants, no buff takes like 2-3 throws for a group of 20 to die, minus a few stragglers. with a roar buff, 1-2 throws and they all just melt)

(***EDITS: changed killing blow to condition overload, gives a good dps boost since the melee can proc at least 2-3 extra elements on its own, changed [Sacrificial Steel] to galvanized and [Sacrificial Pressure] to primed pressure point, realised that galvanized reflext is not as useful so replace with Blood rush to make use of growing combo counter)
