You only need 3 forma to make this build, but it's a lich weapon, so you might want to put in 5 to unlock the valence fusion. Exilus mod is flexible, just a matter of preference. Valence trait should be Heat ideally. You could also go Magnetic for bonus damage against Overguard I suppose.
