This build was designed with Fluttershy in mind! So check it here.
This build is a general gas and electric blaster. The blight effect helps keep you topped up on energy and gives everything within 25 meters of you a viral proc. Make sure to use your desired Tennokai and if the build doesn't fit for whatever reason, then just slot in another forma.
It should be noted that my valence bonus is a heat one with 37.8% extra damage.
