The build can vary a bit, but the mods should always stay the same (flexing the faction mod ofc)

If you have Arcane Precision, you can use it use something else over Cascadia Flare, for example Secondary Fortifier or Secondary Outburst depending on how much setup you want.

This build melts through disruption missions, usually one shotting most normal enemies with the reload fire and killing the demolists with a single magazine. This is assuming you have a setup from your warframe to help (for example with a couple orange archon shards)
